Afrika room: 1 double bed, en suite bathroom
Located in the main house but with a private entrance, this comfortable double room offers privacy, an en suite bathroom, a big double bed, small meeting area and views into the lush, green land.
Ms Holly: 2 single beds (or combined one double)
One of our favourites! Airy bright room located on the main house on the main floor of the house. Stunning sunrise views over the hills. Direct access to communal hall with huge indoor fire place. Shares one bathroom and two toilets with Satsang. Single beds can be combined to a double bed.
Satsang: 2 single beds (or combined one double)
Located on the main floor of the main house, next to Miss Holly, with beautiful sunrise views over the valley. Direct access to communal hall with huge indoor fire place. Single beds can be combined to one double bed.
Pimba: 2 single beds
Located on the main floor of the main house at the end of a small private corridor which leads to the room and a private bathroom. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and windows. Indoor access to communal hall with huge indoor fire place. East (sunrise) view into the trees and over the hills of the land.
Honey B: 2 single beds + on the second floor 1 double bed
Stunning triple or quadruple room on the main floor of the house with private entrance. The room reaches over two levels with a small ladder leading to a cozy upper floor with a queen size double bed. The lower floor comes with two single beds. The big windows go out towards our loved fig tree.
Private detached bathroom (detached from the house + stairs). Separate toilet.
Kitty cat: 2 single beds (or combined one double)
Lower level of the main house with relative proximity to the kitchen and group room. Our warmest (during winter) and during the summer coolest room. A comfy double room with own entrance and a private or shared bathroom with showers, toilet and windows.
Naturaleza: 1 double bed
A small cozy double room with own entrance, located next to the group room, private or shared (with Kitty Cat) bathroom with shower, toilet and window. Bathroom is detached from the house.
Wood cracker: 3 single beds
Detached from the main house, in solitude located triple room with own terrace, with sunset view over the pool and the hills of Tuscany. Three wooden single beds, a sink in the room and a private bathroom (detached + stairs) with shower, toilet and window. One additional single bed can be added.
Dependance (available on request): 1 double bed, en suite bathroom
A separate Hut with one bedroom and en suite bathroom as well as a small kitchen space. Ideal for the space holder with a private terrace, fire place and a big double bed. Breathtaking views both into sunrise and sunset.

Our Communal Spaces
The Pool: private salt water pool, naturally treated and cared for. It has some sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a big covered upper terrace, also suited for yoga or meditation sessions and classes, with sunset view over our trees and the lush green hills of Tuscany. Available from May to September.
Our Sauna: a naturally built spacious Finnish sauna for up to 14 souls fired by wood from our land, that was given us naturally. Not sourced by force.
Group room: closed indoor room with approximately 70sqm, wooden floors with Yin Yang sign, blessed and cleansed before your arrival. Dimming lights and a fire place as well as optional heating by gas (surcharge). Sound system on demand, mats and meditation pillows on demand.
Yoga Shala: a 120sqm yoga terrace, overlooking the green lush hills and the valley. Sunrise view, stone built floors, mats and sound system on demand. Perfect for big dancing or drumming sessions, get-togethers, yoga classes and much more. For your comfort there’s a small European toilet next to the terrace.
Professional kitchen: a professional kitchen fully equipped is at your disposal if you’re traveling with your own group. Feel free to use it as you need and please leave it in the state you found it when arriving. If you desire help in organizing meals and drinks, we are happy to provide you with suited souls who love to cook for you and who understand the energy behind this truly magical place, our sources and resources as well as local and regional presuppositions. You can talk through every meal of the week or let yourself be surprised by the variety and taste of freshly with love prepared Italian cuisine. Classical local cuisine, as well as rich and nurturing vegetarian and vegan boards are available of course.
Kitchen Terrace: a huge covered as well as a big uncovered terrace in front of the kitchen with an outside sink and buffet area offers the perfect place for group meals. Enjoy the truly stunning view over the hills, get up early to rise with the sun or simply relax and sunbath with a cold drink at the daytime. Massive wooden tables and benches, typically for this area, invite you to rest, be nourished and to recharge. Light up the place in the early morning hours or in the evening to stay together just a little bit longer. An outside stone built oven offers the special taste and a unique experience for your group.

During Your Stay
A cash deposit of 500 € must be paid upon arrival and will be refunded when checking out and if there’s no damage. Heating costs and electricity costs are not included in the rate and will be subject to surcharge (according to consumption). Please read and follow our house rules.
